New adventures and a new province today, taking a road trip away from the Pyrannese mountains through farm land to Burgos, Castille county. Here exists the third largest, and I must say, the most beautiful of the Gothic cathedrals in Spain. It is a World Heritage site. It is not just "ABC"! The sun was out today as we enjoyed our al fresco lunch - (from Basque "pintxos" back to tapas). This is a beautiful city with a tree studded promenade by the river.
On to another section of the Camino today, this time a 5K walk from Astorga through countryside, by a canal. Our "dogs" are tired from today's activities and a late arrival in Leon tonight.
